Self-guided rental tours
A self-guided visit is one the prospect takes without you present. It confirms the moment they book it rather than waiting on you to approve it, and everything that normally follows a tour — the reminder, the completion, the feedback request — still happens.
Booked and confirmed in one step
An accompanied viewing needs you to accept it. A self-guided one does not: there is no second person to coordinate with, so the visit is confirmed as it is created and the prospect gets their confirmation immediately.
That removes the gap where a prospect has asked, nobody has answered, and they have moved on to the next listing.
You still find out how it went
The usual risk with an unaccompanied viewing is that you learn nothing from it. After the visit completes, the prospect is asked what they thought — what they liked, what concerned them, how interested they are — and the answer reaches you and the owner.
Over several viewings that is the feedback that tells you whether a property is priced wrong or simply photographed badly.
What we do not handle
VacantSeek schedules and follows up on the visit. It does not issue door codes, control a lockbox or smart lock, or verify a prospect's identity at the door.
If you already have a way to give access, this handles everything around it. If you do not, self-guided viewings are not something software alone can make safe, and we would rather say so here than after you have signed up.
Available on every plan
Self-guided visits are not a paid add-on. The Free plan covers 5 listings, so you can try the flow on a real property before deciding whether it suits how you lease.
Try it on your own listings
The Free plan covers up to 5 listings. No card needed to start.
